As a seasoned Human Resources professional with nearly 20 years of growth & experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge spanning various revenue points and workforce scales. My industry backgrounds include manufacturing, SaaS, retail, consulting, public utilities, embedded computing, and education.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, which I believe has been essential to my success within Human Resources.

I’ve also obtained certifications, including Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through HRCI, HR Management certificate through Portland State University, HR Professional certification through SHRM, and an Ergonomics Assessor certificate 
through SAIF.

I’ve built and led HR teams, designed and implemented effective training and development programs, devised successful talent retention strategies, created performance management programs from the ground up, and fostered leadership 
development initiatives.

These values are woven into everything I do and inform what is inspiring and exciting to me within my craft which is the ability to make individuals feel valued, assuring them that their needs will be met in the workplace.

My motivation stems from creating an environment where employees feel secure, acknowledged, and genuinely thrilled to come to work and collaborate with individuals throughout the organization. This passion is what drove me to create Humane Resources.
